The two notebooks of the Museum of Cherasco introduce the coins of the Milano mint between Charles the Great and Francis Joseph I von Asburgo-Lorena, 348 samples coming from the collection of G.B.Adriani. A brief introduction, contracted to leave space to the coins, introduces the physionomy of the collection and it underlines the counterfeit , fake and imitative coins, to offer a contribution, if also least, to the study of a extreme interest numismatic sector. In the collection there are: carolingian coin (cat.n.1), imperial series and of the kings of Italy (nn.2-11), the house of Visconti (nn.15-38), a sample of the II Repubblica (n.39), and the house of Sforza to Louis XII (nn.40-63), Louis XII (nn.64-65) and after him again a Sforza ruler, Francis II (nn.66-72), then Charles V (nn.73-76), Phillip II (nn.77-101), Phillip III (nn.102-135),(between the booklet 14 and 15), Phillip IV (nn.136-152) and Charles II (nn.153-157) von Hadsburg, Phillip V of Borbone (nn.158-161), Charles III/Charles VI von Hadsburg (nn.162-198), Maria Theresa von Hadsburg-Lorraine (nn.199-251), Joseph II von Hadsburg-Lorraine (nn.252-257), Francis II Holy Roman Emperor / Francis I von Hadsburg-Lorraine (nn.258-266) Napoleon (267-291), Ferdinand I von Hadsburg-Lorraine (nn.292-298) provisional Government (nn.299) and finally Francis Joseph I von Hadsburg-Lorraine (nn.300-348).
